We are excited to announce that we have recently promoted Nikki
Brame from our Regional Sales Team to Vice President of Sales and
Marketing for 360 Hotel Group.
We are now looking to fill an open Regional Sales Position based
out of Lynnwood WA. The position would be reporting directly to the
V.P. of Sales & Marketing (congratulations again Nikki) and sell
regionally for the following 4 hotels focusing primarily on
corporate markets:
Hampton Inn & Suites Lynnwood, WA
Staybridge Suites Mukilteo, WA
Best Western Plus Inn & Suites Everett, WA
Hotel Nexus Northgate, WA
Job Requirements: Education &
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years sales experience required, in a hotel
capacity.
Local hotel market knowledge a plus.
Branded sales experience a plus.
Multi-property sales experience or team leadership experience a
plus.
Track record of developing long term relationships and
contacts.
Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being
aggressive.
Excellent customer relations, communication, presentation and
organization skills
Must be able to work independently and simultaneously manage
multiple tasks
Must be outgoing and a proven self-starter
Using corporate and property based resources to help make
informed decisions and maximize revenue.
Weekends and Holidays may be required as business needs
warrant.
Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other
team members, both written and verbal.
Strong administrative background with the ability to multi
task, follow-through, organize, manage time and work at an exerted
pace.
Strong computer/computer systems skills.
Hotel SalesPro experience a plus.
Must pass a criminal background check, driving history and must
have current driver's license and proof of insurance.
