As a Patient Care Coordinator at Everyone by One, you will play a crucial role in creating a comfortable and friendly environment for our young patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting clinic atmosphere.
Building rapport with our little patients, helping to alleviate any anxieties about visiting the dentist.
Assisting families with scheduling, registration forms, taking payments, and dental insurance questions.
Qualifications We're Looking For:
A heart filled with compassion and enthusiasm for working with children.
Dental front office experience or relevant experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A dedication to providing top-notch customer service to children and their parents.
Team player mentality, always willing to go the extra mile.
