What you'll bring
Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of Washington.
BC/BE Family Medicine.
Unrestricted DEA,NPI & prescriptive authority.
Ability to be credentialed under Medicare.
Proficient in use of the EMR.
Bilingual in English/Spanish. (Preferred)
Excellent critical thinking, flexibility, problem solving and communication skills
An interest in community outreach efforts (PR, ambassador to community partners, onboarding/mentoring for new teammates).
A special interest, fellowship, or degree in an associated field of primary care.
Degree in population health management.

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate s geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.
National Plus Salary Range:
$203,700.00 - $366,700.00
National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
