We are a healthcare company that owns surgery centers.
In addition, we have ventures in finance and digital marketing that you will be supporting.
This role advises the company and its leaders in decisions, planning, and litigation.
We are a healthcare company and this is work from the office job, this is not a work form home job.
We have offices in Seattle, Kirkland, and Lynnwood.
Requires competency in employment law, litigation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, and results focused.
Experience with healthcare and trademarks is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities Engage and work with outside counsels Work with internal clients to structure, prepare, negotiate and finalize agreements and letters of intent Act as a subject matter expert for privacy matters and be a key resource for driving the overall legal framework of the company, including implementing policies, training internal clients on legal issues and otherwise on an as needed basis Providing creative and proactive counseling to healthcare product development groups on a broad range of complex legal, business and policy issues, including specifically medical software regulation and health data privacy issues.
Coordinating with team members and outside counsel to develop policies and best practices to address legal and regulatory issues for our healthcare business Drafting and negotiating a variety of legal agreements in cooperation with clients and colleagues across the company, including broad strategic business partnerships Development and collaboration agreements, marketing alliances and acquisitions.
Building strong client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor to the business.
Driving process improvements as required.
Qualifications Knowledge of employment law Experience with litigation Familiarity with intellectual property law Experience with filing trademarks is a plus, but not required Must be willing to learn new skills and take direction Minimum Qualifications JD from an accredited university and an active license to practice law in Washington.
Job Types:

$75,000.
00 - $85,000.
