We are seeking practitioners skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based modalities.

What you will do, a day in the life The BHC provides a high volume of consultation-based interventions to individuals, couples and families in a primary care setting without restrictions in gender, age, complexity or medical comorbidity.
See patients both scheduled and on-demand throughout the day in visits lasting 30 minutes or less.
Collaborate with primary care clinicians and team to improve effectiveness and efficiency in managing the whole patient.
Clinical intervention with any behaviorally influenced health issue, including mental and physical problems as requested.
Utilizes a biopsychosocial approach to assessment and intervention; clarifies mental health diagnosis when needed; serves as a staunch patient advocate and brokers access to resources outside of the primary care network as appropriate Build something new and commit to a differentiated experience for each patient, every time.

Medical/dental/vision coverage No WA state income tax Job Requirements Currently licensed or independently licensed mental health professionals, Phd/PsyD, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, for the state of Washington.
Must allow billing to Medicare, Premera Blue Cross, and other payors.
Proficient in use of the EMR Nice to bring - you might have these Two or more years of experience (would consider newly licensed dependent on background).
Experience in telehealth Excellent critical thinking, flexibility, problem solving and communication skills An interest in community outreach efforts (PR, ambassador to community partners, onboarding/mentoring for new teammates) A special interest, certification or experience in the primary care setting.
