Summary:
The Patient Care Coordinator performs tasks in the clinic setting according to the policies and procedures of the company.
The main job is to ensure high quality healthcare to all patients.
The hours for this position are 12:
30pm - 9:
15pm for full time or 4:
30pm - 9pm for part-time.
Monday - Friday.
Primary Job Functions:
Answer multiple phone lines, addresses incoming messages, chats and texts Respond appropriately to patient's needs and concerns Respond in a timely manner and follow up to patients' needs, inquiries.
Document correctly in patient charts, as needed.
Explaining procedures and responding to questions in a professional, friendly manner.
Offer guidance to patients regarding surgical and cosmetic procedures Quoting fees Processing invoices Processing payments Scheduling appointments for patients' including consultations, injections, post ops, etc.
Scheduling surgery dates Complete data entry efficiently and promptly Taking patients' histories Scanning in documents efficiently and promptly.
Handle a high level of new and current patient calls using professional tone and exceptional judgment Ability to multi-task, moving effortlessly from one project to another Maintain communication with practitioner and all team members Complete miscellaneous office duties and projects as assigned in a timely manner Assists all team members as requested Secondary Job Functions:
Assists with rooming patients and taking photos Assists in assuring comfort and safety of the patient Restocks Consultation, Photo, and Treatment Rooms Maintains par levels for clinic Assists in orientation and training of new personnel Assists in Patient Care Coordinator development and education May be required to perform other related duties for which qualified Ensure common areas are organized.

Requirements of Position:
Working hours prior to 0800 and/or after 1700 depending on needs of the company Must be able to withstand:
Unpleasant smells, sounds, and sites Working in rooms with wide temperature variations Frequent hand washing Knowledge that breaks and lunch periods are variable in timing Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, and lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs.
