POSITION
Summary:
The Harts Plumbing Service Expert will diagnose and repair plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions using the Harts service process.
JOB PARAMETERS:
The Plumbing Service Expert position is a full time, commission position, with shifts typically occurring Monday through Friday.
Shifts will vary within the hours of 6:
30am and 6:
00pm or until work is complete, based on customer demand.
Occasional overtime and weekend work is expected, as requested.
POSITION
Responsibilities:
Completes plumbing and other related in-home service calls Adeptly uses mobile phones, office messaging system, IPads, and industry software for communications Evaluates customer plumbing/sewer situation, develops multi-option proposals/estimates, presents to customers using the Harts service process; offers various Harts services Works with customers for thorough understanding of estimates to include follow-up calls Works closely and communicates with install coordinator, dispatch, and customer service representatives for optimal customer experience Understands service criteria and is accountable for exceeding revenue goals Works with and provides education to apprentices, as requested Maintains assigned vehicle relative to cleanliness and assessment of hazards/need for repairs Performs other duties as assigned REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES:

years of experience in plumbing sales Valid Residential Service (PL04) license and/or Residential (PL02) and/or Journey (PL01) Valid driver license with good driving record Develop a proven track record in sales Ability to inspire and lead others to attain company goals Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities Strong verbal and written communications Quick, sound decision-making abilities Good presentation and speaking skills Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy Excel in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to operate or to quickly learn a variety of communications systems Diagnose issues and solve problems for customers PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of job Ability to continually walk, stand, climb, stoop, bend, kneel, reach in all directions Ability to work in tight spaces Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds and push and/or pull 50-pound loads at a time Must be able to work in all weather conditions Must be able to stand and walk up to eight hours per day and climb multiple sets of stairs while carrying materials weighing between 40 and 100 pounds WORKING CONDITIONS:
