Position Summary What you'll do Designer Lead, Health & Wellness, Stealth Project This is the opportunity to get in early with a stealth health & wellness project currently incubating in Walmart's Store N o 8.
At Store N o 8, the team will discover and deliver the insights that will power the future of healthcare for our customers, through the unparalleled scale of Walmart's platform.
In this role, you will design innovative 0-to-1 products that sit at the intersection of Health & Wellness, Data Science, and Retail Experiences.
You will be the trusted internal voice of our users, which may include Walmart shoppers, healthcare providers, and Walmart Health & Wellness stakeholders.

As Designer Lead , you will partner with a lean and high-powered team across product, data science & engineering, clinical informatics, and strategy to design technology-enabled products and user experiences that improve healthcare delivery, health-related decision making, and clinical outcomes for this high priority initiative inside of Store N o 8.
You will conduct user research , shape the user experience , and create design solutions that are intuitive, visually appealing, and accessible to target users.
What you 'll do:
Bring the product vision to life by creating concepts and prototypes that generate value for our users and meet business goals Conduct market/user research to inform product scope and requirements Create best-in-class experiments and p erform rapid prototyping to validate product hypotheses and test product-market fit Flexibly switch gears from deep design thinking to rapid-fire UI execution to be hands-on in the front-end design of the product Champion customer experience & customer value proposition across all decisions Experienc e:
7 years of product design experience, ideally building products with a Health, Data, and/or Retail component Proven track record of designing successful products from ideation to launch Deep understanding of (and experience with) the end-to-end product design process, from conducting user research to designing seamless user experiences and visually appealing user interfaces D emonstrated experience in generating customer journey flows and wireframes, as well as driving iterative development and creative experimentation to identify and validate hypotheses Experience using a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods Superb communication and relationship skills Comfort with building and nurturing prototype concepts with high potential for scale Ability to operate independently in an ambiguous environment Success in an entrepreneurial environment, ideally within a fast-paced, high growth technology company Requirement:

The annual salary range for this position is $144,000.
00-$216,000.
00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 4 years' experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
