The Office Manager ensures the office runs smoothly and efficiently, manages office staff, and assists with the following:
scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, billing/payroll, and sales intakes.
A critical component of the role is to ensure that all who encounter our company see EverHome HealthCare as having a culture of compassion, accountability, results, and expertise, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Ensure offices runs smoothly and efficiently Manage Operations staff Assist Administrator of Home Health and Home care with office administrative tasks Rotate on-call for Operations and sales calls nights and weekends Assist with:
Intakes, Scheduling, Billing/Payroll, Recruiting, and on-boarding Train new administrative staff IT Liaison R.
assistance Manage our electronic filing system to ensure everything is filed and named correctly Responsible for all incoming faxes and answering incoming phones Qualifications include:
Can do attitude and not a clock watcher.
Understands our business is a 24/7 company.
Mindset for company growth and streamlining processes Personable and engaging with a likable and authoritative demeanor Excellent problem-solving skills and coming to leadership with suggested solutions Organized and detail-oriented Proficient in Microsoft office programs and able to learn new software programs as needed Excellent customers service skills and communication skills both verbally and written Experience working in healthcare preferred Commitment to excellence and high standards along with strong teamwork skills and effective leader Versatility, creativity, flexibility, and having a willingness to work around constantly changing priorities with a client comes first culture Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401K, and an amazing team to work with.
