Interviewing prospective residents and records information to ascertain needs and qualifications for residing at Chateau.
Maintaining detailed customer database to stay in close contact with potential residents/responsible partiesTour prospective residents through propertyConduct community outreach to market Chateau to prospective residents, industry influencers and key community/strategic partnersHave fun and work with some amazing industry leaders RequirementsAssociates or bachelor's degree preferred in marketing or equivalent experience in long term careSupervisory/Management experience preferredSensitive to and knowledgeable of issues related to ageingAbility to focus and have an ambitious/goal-oriented attitudeReliable transportationAbility to read, write and speak EnglishAbility to pass DSHS background check (some negative actions are negotiable) Chateau Retirement is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
