WHAT WE NEED:
We are looking for painters interested in trying something different.
We've had great success with painters transitioning into our industry.
Our area of work provides more consistent year-round work and offers room for higher pay and advancement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ALL TECHNICIANS:
Prep job sites with containment and air scrubbers Apply paint & mildicide to attics and crawlspaces.
Demo and remove damaged materials Clean recoverable items and contents HEPA vacuum and damp wipe Assess wet materials, setup drying equipment Maintain assigned vehicle and tools Collect pre and post samples Apply mildicide coatings in attics and crawlspaces Roofing ventilation upgrades ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS (including, but not limited to):
Insurable driving record Drug free Physically able to work in PPE and wear respiratory protection History of good employment attendance Comfortable with smartphone technology Previous construction experience preferred Able to regularly lift 80
lbs Ability to work in tight attics and crawlspaces COMPENSATION:
Hourly Range:
