Now Hiring / Immediately Hiring:
Office Assistant ( for Restaurant) In this role you will:
Answers each phone call in a friendly, upbeat and professional manner.
Enthusiastically answers any questions regarding the Fogo experience.
Opens cash register and maintains sufficient funds.
Assists in processing all invoices through the inventory system and daily bank deposits.
Coordinates paperwork to be sent to the corporate office.
Maintains all of the restaurant filing and office/cashier supplies.
Assists reservation requests for each guest.
Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
Requirements:
Must have experience with Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Previous administrative experience preferred.
Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Medical, Dental and Vision insurance is available for full-time, hourly employees on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
