Plato''s Closet is now hiring a Store Manager for this location. The Store Manager performs a wide range of duties related to staffing and personnel, sales and marketing, inventory management, customer service and satisfaction, store accounting, and training and coaching subordinates. He or she is ultimately responsible for overall business operations and financial performance (efficiency and profit/loss accountability). The Store Manager will lead business growth and profitability by assembling, developing, and mentoring a team that maintains an attractive, interesting, fun, and rewarding atmosphere designed to promote longer customer shopping and increased sales.
The ideal candidate for this position has a college degree, a minimum of one year in a supervisory/management role, some retail sales experience, a strong sense of style and style trends, genuine leadership qualities, an engaging and upbeat personality, exceptional organizational skills, professionalism beyond reproach, and a continuous improvement mindset. Our Store Manager sets the tone for the store and constantly monitors, adjusts, and improves it to create an employer of choice culture and a shopping destination of choice brand.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
