3827 148th St SW for rent in Lynnwood, WA
Hello, I'm seeking a roommate to rent a large first floor bedroom to share my home in Lynnwood with me. About the home: I've lived here 7 years. It's on 148th in north Lynnwood very close to the freeway entrance - my commutes are a breeze. (Bellevue/Redmond/Kirkland/Ballard) the house is pretty cool, it actually lives like two apartments that meet in the middle to share a large bathroom and kitchen. It's got ample storage in the basement and laundry room and a large fenced back yard with patio, fire pit, and bbq. There is tons of space here and I'm truly looking for someone to share the home with me. You would also have an adjacent common area to the room to used as a living room if you'd like. Living room bonus area is approx 12'x8' including space for a walkway. You would also have your own fridge, just outside the common area as well as space in the fridge in the kitchen too. Rent would be 750 plus an even share of utilities, or a flat rate of 950/month. I would also include all basic household items like toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap. The flat rate is cheaper long term, I know some prefer to know exactly what they are paying for though. The room is empty now so it's available anytime but targeting a February move in. I would prefer 6months- a year lease but I'm open to month to month if it's necessary and a good fit. I would ask for rent and equal deposit to move in. The house has high speed fiber internet (300/300) About me: I'm a very clean and quiet person, no parties or drugs. I will infrequently host friend or relatives for a dinner or small get together, cooking for people is a huge source of joy for me. I cook all my meals but I always keep the kitchen clean. I have a wonderful loving and calm female dog named Lola, and a shy indoor cat named Dusty. I'm open to pets on a case by case basis. If it's important to you, the home is 420 friendly as long as it occurs outside. I do not partake but I have no personal issues with it. I work 8-4 M-F so I would require noise levels to be low from 10pm-7am. I try to spend as much time away from the house as possible, hiking, skiing, camping and exploring our beautiful state. I'm open to socializing, I'm a very friendly person but I'm also very comfortable if you'd prefer to keep to ourselves.
